Payment Policy

At Chardham Tour, we strive to make the booking process smooth and transparent. Below are the payment terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation
To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 25% of the total tour cost is required.
The remaining amount must be paid as per the following schedule:
50% before the tour commencement.
25% (Final Payment) upon arrival or before the start of the journey.

2. Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following modes:
Online Transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI)
Credit/Debit Cards (Additional bank charges may apply)
UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Cash Payments (Only at our authorized offices)

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation before 30 days of departure: Full refund after deducting processing fees.
Cancellation within 15-30 days: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
Cancellation within 7-15 days: 25% of the total amount will be refunded.
Cancellation within 7 days or No Show: No refund applicable.

4. Additional Charges
Any last-minute changes in the itinerary may incur additional charges.
Extra services requested during the tour will be chargeable and payable on-site.

5. Important Notes
Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel costs, taxes, or government regulations.
The company reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternate arrangements will be provided.
